Dennis Barnett – Named to Hall of Fame
Gentlemen: It is with deep pleasure, honor and the utmost pride that I wanted to share the following information with you!! Dennis Barnett – our fellow Florida alumni member, and co-founder of our Florida Chapter – has been selected for induction in the St. Georges College Hall of Fame. This is certainly a capstone of Dennis’s ongoing commitment to StGC and its students and a recognition of the ongoing contribution he continue to make.
The Induction Banquet will be at Mona Visitors’ Lodge – UWI, on Saturday, October 4th, 7pm. In addition to Dennis, other inductees for this year are: Pokar Chandiram (1949), Earl Jarrett (1976), the late Maurice Tenn (1950) and John T. Rupley, math teacher between 1961 to 1977.
I have attached a copy of the information sheet submitted for Dennis’ nomination, as well as a copy of his profile that was included in the journal for the last Dinner Dance we had here in Florida.
On behalf of the Florida Chapter, Congratulations Dennis!!! Horace
